| 1. | Is there any advertising on the buttons I order from you? |
| There is NO advertising of any sort on your buttons. We feel that when you place an order for a custom made button, you do not want to have any advertising on your buttons.

| 2. | How are these buttons made? |
| We start with the highest quality button blanks that we can find, we then print your button on top quality photo paper. The buttons are then assembled and pressed with metal dies to assure the highest quality finished product that we can offer.

| 3. | How can I get a custom made button? |
| Simply upload your photos using our online upload system and use our order system, or order online and send your photos to us using the Postal Service (we recommend that you use Priority Mail service) for free scanning.

| 4. | Can I order just one button? |
| Yes and no. For custom made buttons our minimum order is 2 buttons. If you have ordered a custom button from us already and you need more you can reorder in increments of 1.
If you order from our premade designs you can order 1 button.

| 5. | I do not have a credit card, how can I order buttons from you? |
| The only other alternative we use at this point in time online is PayPal. You will have to sign up with PayPal if you do not already have an account with them.
Or you can send your order to us and include a money order, cashiers check or check (please note that an order paid with a check will not be processed until the check clears the bank. This restriction is not placed upon orders paid via money orders or cashiers checks).

| 6. | Are your buttons guaranteed in any manner? |
| We do guarantee that our buttons will reach you in perfect condition. Any defective buttons can be sent back postage paid and we will replace them at no charge. We will only replace as many buttons as you send back to us.

| 7. | Do you charge a fee for scanning in my photos for use on buttons? |
| We do not charge for scanning in your photos.
|
| 8. | Do I get my pictures back? |
| When we ship your button order out to you, we also include any photos that you may have sent to us for the creation of your buttons. Sometimes we will send the button order and your photos in two separate packages.

| 9. | Can I scan my own pictures and send them to you? |
| Yes you can. We do prefer that you scan your photos at 300 - 600 dpi for best results. We can also use images from digital cameras. Just remember if the picture looks good your button will look good.

| 10. | What file formats can you use to make my buttons? |
| We can use just about any format. We ask that you do not "flatten" your images, leave all the layers you use. This makes the creation of your buttons much easier. Also please make sure any fonts used in an illustration program (Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator or other EPS programs) are converted to outlines.

| 11. | How long does it take for me to get my order from you? |
| 90% of all orders ship within 2-3 days.

| 12. | Can I design my own button? |

| 13. | Do you offer a discount for large volume orders? |

| 14. | Your prices seem to be higher than most of the other button sites, why is this? |
| We consider our prices to be very fair. Unlike the other sites we do not charge a setup fee or a fee for using more than one color. Also we do not charge you for shipping your button order to you. |
| 15. | What are these "Wearable Magnets"? |
| The "Wearable Magnets" we offer have either 2 or 3 very strong small magnets attached to a metal bar. These magnets are strong enough to hold a 2.25 inch or 3 inch button in place all day long. We offer several styles of these "Wearable Magnets". Not everyone needs this type of backing, but when you want to be able to wear a button and NOT have any holes in your shirt or blouse, this is the backing to order.
